If you are not familiar with Office 365, think of it as a collection of productivity apps built for conducting your business related activities online.   These Apps serve as building blocks for digital workspaces.

The following is a list of apps (your list of apps may be more or less depending on your subscription).

  • Dynamics 365: Dynamics 365 provides functionality related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Excel: Excel is the most widely used tool for business and financial analysis.
  • Flow: Flow allows you to create workflows that connect data and files.  Most common use cases are for document approvals and task automation.
  • Forms: Forms allows you to create surveys, polls and quizzes quickly.  You can see results in real time.
  • OneDrive: OneDrive is your file storage in the cloud that also allows you to share files with others.
  • OneNote: OneNote is the easy to use app for creating notes by writing, typing or drawing.  OneNote allows you to convert hand-written notes to typed notes as well.
  • Oultook: Outlook provides the essential email and calendar functionality to enable business communication.
  • People: People is the perfect app for organizing all of your contacts (family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances).
  • Planner: Planner allows you to create project schedules and assign tasks.  This a light-weight app for managing small projects.
  • PowerBI: PowerBI is a feature-rich business analytics platform that allows you to build captivating dashboards and reports.
  • PowereApps: Using PowerApps, you can quickly build mobile apps that connect data and applications.
  • PowerPoint: PowerPoint is the trusted app for business presentations.
  • SharePoint:  SharePoint provides the feature-rich platform for online collaboration.  It provides the capability to build websites that serve as the central hub for your digital workspaces.
  • StaffHub: It is an app built for first-line workers.  StaffHun allows you to easily add and remove team members, manage team schedules and assign tasks.
  • Stream:  Stream allows you to create video portals that can be used in corporate and educational environments.
  • Sway:  Sway allows you to create modern interactive presentations, stories and reports that capture audience attention.
  • Tasks:  Tasks app allows you to create tasks and assign them to you team members.
  • Teams:  Teams is a chat-based workspace that is highly customizable to your business needs.
  • Video: Using the video app, you can share videos for your classes, training, software demos and corporate communications.
  • Word: Word is widely used word processing app that everyone is familiar with.
  • Yammer: Yammer allows you to connect with and share information across teams.
